Your Choice is looking for enthusiastic, understanding, and professional caregivers who would like the opportunity to provide an unrivaled quality of HCBS-DD Residential Habilitation Services (IRSS). 

The role of a Host Home Provider or Family Caregiver is to provide services and supports to those diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within the caregiver's home. Duties would include, but are not limited to: medication administration, transportation, scheduling and attending doctor's appointments, cooking, cleaning, reminding and prompting to complete activities of daily living, and, most importantly, enriching the lives and promoting independence for those diagnosed with IDD.

Your Choice leadership is dedicated to supporting not only the individuals in services, but the individuals we are lucky enough to call our caregivers. This means you will get thorough and consistent communication because we understand that being a caregiver can sometimes be challenging, and we want you to know that you are not alone.

A Your Choice caregiver must produce a clean background check, driving record, and must have at least one year of experience working in the IDD field.
